Lisa Giusto is the Director of Sales Enablement at iDeals, where she is in charge of the global enablement strategy and performance analytics.

Lisa joined iDeals in Oct 2023 and, before starting her new role, she was in charge of pipeline enablement at Deel, where she built the enablement function from scratch and created onboarding, defined sales methodologies and led programs to improve sales effectiveness and streamline SDR and BDR workflows and operations. Lisa joined Deel in April 2022 and was part of Deel’s tremendous growth from $5.5 billion to the current $12 billion valuation in just over a year.

Prior to her role at Deel, she worked at Amazon and Ricoh leading global training, enablement and change management programs. Before that, she spent 10+ years in the financial training and commercial conferences field.
