I have worked in the Technology sector for over 20 years with a focus on solving clients business issues. I have worked for medium size organisations as well as Oracle and IBM, selling CRM, ERP and Asset Management solutions. All of these technologies are outcome focused and collaborating to understand challenges and outcomes is one of the great pleasures in my career.
I have been responsible for new business sales in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) for almost 3 ½ years. As you would expect I am goal orientated and love smashing my targets, along with a passion for continuous learning for my team and I.
I volunteer as a trustee for a local charity called Phase which is dedicated to supporting young people and improving their mental health. Volunteering is both a great way of giving back and also of getting you out of "work mode".

I love reading including fiction, autobiographies of people I admire, and self-development books and podcasts.
