With a background in Occupational Psychology, Matthew is Saville Assessment's sales lead.
This means he is responsible for all talent assessments which fall into Saville's sales suite, helping clients identify and develop the right salespeople. Matthew has a passion for identifying people who are likely to go on to achieve the best sales performance and transform the sales function within their organizations.
Supported by the Saville Assessment research and development team, Matthew has spent the past two years crunching the data to understand what the hundreds of thousands of data points we have collected in relation to predicting sales performance tell us. Matthew has supported global clients such as Fujitsu and Johnson and Johnson in identifying, recruiting and retaining the very best sales talent for their organizations.
