Making people feel ‘valued’
The Institute of Leadership & Management undertook research asking what made people want to look for a new job. Although different age groups had different priorities, one consistent finding was the extent to which people want to feel valued.

The Institute developed this research, asking 100s more managers how they show their appreciation of their teams, in this session Kate shares that advice.
