Anna Hiett is the Global Head of Sales Training at Finastra, the third largest Fintech company in the world. Anna oversees the company's sales training team, guiding the team to success with her enthusiasm, commitment, drive and broad skill set.
With deep expertise ranging from Salesforce CRM and sales methodologies, to executive coaching, sales processes and operations, Anna is a recognized expert in all aspects of sales. Under Anna's leadership, Finastra received a 2018 Princess Royal Training Award, delivered to UK companies for their outstanding training and development programs that drive measureable business results. Prior to Finastra, Anna was the Global Head of Sales Training at Misys.
Previously, she was the Sales Operations Manager at Thomson Reuters, where she supported a global sales team of 70+ and defined, created, implemented and automated business processes. Anna graduated from Goldsmiths, University of London with a B.A. in German studies and received her CIPD in Learning and Development from New College, Swindon.
