Steve is an award-winning sales and marketing professional with over 25 year’s international experience working for major pharmaceutical and medical device organisations.
Steve headed the cardiovascular hospital sales training division for Astrazeneca, before taking a leadership role at GlaxoSmithKline where he was National Sales Manager for the Critical Care Business Unit. Steve was then offered the opportunity to move his career to medical devices, where he took a senior role working for Biosensors International as the Head of Global Training & Development based in Tokyo, Japan.
After returning back to Europe, Steve founded Turn2coaching offering sales training and coaching support to a wider business audience as well founding TopTipManager, a website dedicated to sharing Steve’s own sales and management insights to new business graduates and fledgling sales professionals.
Steve has an MBA (Marketing) from Leicester University and is Charter Manager certified.
