How to cultivate fast sales teams in the digital age
Nicola will discuss how in a fast paced digital world, leaders need to cultivate fast sales teams that are adaptive and incentivised. Empowering teams to be productive and achieve more requires a culture that allows them to take risks, build on ideas, fail, learn from failure and move on quickly. Leaders need to motivate their people and ensure they feel the impact and contribution they are making. Nicola will draw on her own experience of working at Microsoft and cultivating fast sales teams.
