SDRs – Who Owns The Team? A Sales vs. Marketing Debate

Marketing generates Marketing Qualified Leads. Sales Development Reps (SDRs), historically managed by Sales, sales-qualify those leads (SQL) and pass them along to an Account Executive for pursuit.
